Ingredients:
- 200 g sugar, brown
- 250 g cream 30 %
- 200 g cream 36%
- 200 g pecan nuts
- 100 g sugar
- 1 g salt
- 200 g butter
- 20 g chicken eggs, yolk
- 400 g Chocolate, white
- 300 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees with the fan function. Add 100 g of white sugar, 200 g of frozen butter, 300 g of flour, 1 egg yolk and ΒΌ teaspoon salt in a bowl. Chop for 15 seconds at speed 10. Pour onto the work surface and move quickly so that the dough does not overheat. Wrap it in food foil and put it in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
