Ingredients:

  • 200 g butter
  • 500 g wheat flour
  • 800 g milk (2%)
  • 20 g oil or table fat
  • 120 g egg yolk
  • 120 g honey
  • 40 g seedless raisins
  • 16 g vanilla sugar
  • 40 g dried apricot
  • 40 g dried plums
  • 60 g walnuts
  • 70 g candied orange peel
  • 80 g sugar
  • 3 g salt
  • 300 g Poppy seeds, dried
  • 40 g Yeast baker's, compressed

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 300 grams of dried poppy seeds to the mixing bowl. Grind for 1 minute at a speed of 20 rotations. Transfer the ground poppy seeds to a separate bowl and rinse the mixing bowl.
