Ingredients:
- 200 g butter
- 500 g wheat flour
- 800 g milk (2%)
- 20 g oil or table fat
- 120 g egg yolk
- 120 g honey
- 40 g seedless raisins
- 16 g vanilla sugar
- 40 g dried apricot
- 40 g dried plums
- 60 g walnuts
- 70 g candied orange peel
- 80 g sugar
- 3 g salt
- 300 g Poppy seeds, dried
- 40 g Yeast baker's, compressed
Method of cooking:
- Add 300 grams of dried poppy seeds to the mixing bowl. Process for 1 minute at speed 20. Transfer the contents of the mixing bowl to a bowl and rinse out the mixing bowl.
