  • 36 g salt
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 1000 g Potato, long stored
  • 10 g potato starch

Method of cooking:

  1. 1000g of potatoes peel and cut into smaller pieces and then place into the bowl. Grind for 1 min and 30 s at speed 16.
