Ingredients:
- 3 g marjoram
- 1 g freshly ground pepper
- 2 g granulated garlic
- 800 g ground beef and pork
- 3 g herb spices
- 130 g Onion, raw
- 6 g salt
- 80 g Bread crumbs
- 60 g chicken eggs, whole
- 50 g Plain wheat rolls
- 150 g Milk, 2.0% fat
- 60 g Oil, rapeseed
Method of cooking:
- Add 130 g of peeled and chopped onion, chop for 10 s at speed 10. Scrape the bowl’s sides with a spatula. Add breadcrumbs or bread torn into smaller pieces and 150 grams of milk. Mix for 1 minute 30 seconds at speed 8 reverse rotation.
