Ingredients:

  • 360 g wheat flour
  • 1000 g water
  • 6 g salt
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 1000 g Potato, long stored

Method of cooking:

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut the bigger ones into halves or quarters as desired. Pour water into the bowl. Place the potatoes on the second floor of the steam pot. Cover them with a lid. Cook for 30 min at a temperature of 140 degrees.
