  • 50 g soy sauce
  • 20 g ginger root
  • 50 g lime juice
  • 400 g tofu
  • 100 g sweet chili sauce
  • 4 g sweet paprika
  • 20 g garlic
  • 20 g Oil, sesame
  • 120 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 60 g potato starch

Method of cooking:

  1. In the bowl on the lid weigh 60 g of potato starch and set aside.
