Ingredients:
- 615 g wheat flour
- 16 g vanilla sugar
- 135 g sugar
- 100 g butter
- 40 g chicken eggs, yolk
- 350 g Milk, 2.0% fat
- 30 g Yeast baker's, compressed
- 10 g sunflower oil
Method of cooking:
- Add 350 g of milk. Heat for 2 min at 40 degrees and speed 4 reverse rotation.
