Ingredients:

  • 1000 g water
  • 120 g dried poppy
  • 30 g salt
  • 140 g sugar
  • 4 g salt
  • 150 g butter
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 250 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 1000 g Potato, long stored

Method of cooking:

  1. Peel and cut 1000 g potatoes - 4 cm.
