An alternative, vegan version of the traditional tripe, where the meat is replaced with oyster mushrooms. Thanks to their fibrous, extremely firm consistency, these mushrooms perfectly imitate meat and can surprise many.

Ingredients:
- 1000 g water
- 1 g nutmeg
- 1 g allspice
- 90 g broth paste - CVR
- 2 g marjoram
- 50 g ginger
- 1 g freshly ground pepper
- 2 g hot paprika powder
- 1 g herb spices
- 1 g bay leaves
- 2 g sweet paprika
- 250 g oyster mushroom
- 150 g Onion, raw
- 25 g garlic
- 100 g Carrot
- 6 g salt
- 100 g Celery
- 100 g Oil, rapeseed
- 100 g parsley root
- 400 g canned tomatoes (sliced)
Method of cooking:
- Add 50 g of ginger cut into smaller pieces and 20 g of garlic, chop for 10 s at speed 10.
