Ingredients:

  • 500 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 120 g cream 30 %
  • 70 g cheese, parmesan, grated
  • 200 g pasta
  • 8 g garlic
  • 2 g salt
  • 120 g Pork, belly, without bone, smoked
  • 50 g Oil, olive
  • 5 g parsley leaves

Method of cooking:

  1. Cut the bacon into smaller pieces and put it into the bowl. Add olive oil and fry without a measuring cup for 8 min at 130 degrees and speed 2 reverse rotation.
