Ingredients:
- 500 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 120 g cream 30 %
- 70 g cheese, parmesan, grated
- 200 g pasta
- 8 g garlic
- 2 g salt
- 120 g Pork, belly, without bone, smoked
- 50 g Oil, olive
- 5 g parsley leaves
Method of cooking:
- Cut the bacon into smaller pieces and put it into the bowl. Add olive oil and fry without a measuring cup for 8 min at 130 degrees and speed 2 reverse rotation.
