- 100 g heavy cream 30 %
- 180 g gorgonzola
- 8 g garlic
- 300 g milk, 2% fat
- 200 g spinach
- 70 g Oil, olive
- 30 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Add 2 peeled garlic into the bowl. Chop for 10 s at speed 10.
