Ingredients:
- 350 g water
- 50 g broth paste - CVR
- 330 g sweet cream 18%
- 100 g Onion, raw
- 80 g mustard
- 70 g Oil, rapeseed
- 20 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Cut 100 g of onion into smaller pieces, add to the bowl and chop for 10 s at speed 10. Use a spatula to scrape the chopped onion from the sides of the bowl to the bottom.
