Ingredients:

  • 350 g water
  • 50 g broth paste - CVR
  • 330 g sweet cream 18%
  • 100 g Onion, raw
  • 80 g mustard
  • 70 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 20 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Cut 100 g of onion into smaller pieces, add to the bowl and chop for 10 s at speed 10. Use a spatula to scrape the chopped onion from the sides of the bowl to the bottom.
