Ingredients:
- 400 g milk (2%)
- 5 g lemon juice
- 500 g apple
- 2 g ground cinnamom
- 300 g white yoghurt
- 120 g biscuits
- 30 g erythritol
Method of cooking:
- Add 500 g of peeled and cut apples without the seeds, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Stew for 10 min at 105 degrees and speed 4 reverse rotation.
