Ingredients:

  • 400 g milk (2%)
  • 5 g lemon juice
  • 500 g apple
  • 2 g ground cinnamom
  • 300 g white yoghurt
  • 120 g biscuits
  • 30 g erythritol

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 500 g of peeled and cut apples without the seeds, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Stew for 10 min at 105 degrees and speed 4 reverse rotation.
