Ingredients:

  • 300 g sugar, brown
  • 1000 g dry curd
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 1 g vanilla extract
  • 1 g salt
  • 60 g butter
  • 360 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 120 g biscuits
  • 300 g Chocolate, white
  • 60 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 120g of biscuits, 60g of butter and 1/4 teaspoon of salt into a bowl and grind for 20 s at speed 10. Place the biscuit crumbs on the bottom of a cake tin (diameter 28cm) lined with paper and press down until a compact base is formed.
