Ingredients:
- 300 g sugar, brown
- 1000 g dry curd
- 500 g mascarpone
- 1 g vanilla extract
- 1 g salt
- 60 g butter
- 360 g chicken eggs, whole
- 120 g biscuits
- 300 g Chocolate, white
- 60 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Add 120g of biscuits, 60g of butter and 1/4 teaspoon of salt into a bowl and grind for 20 s at speed 10. Place the biscuit crumbs on the bottom of a cake tin (diameter 28cm) lined with paper and press down until a compact base is formed.
