Ingredients:

  • 70 g extra virgin oil
  • 200 g cream 30 %
  • 150 g green beans
  • 150 g zucchini
  • 600 g halibut
  • 20 g garlic
  • 75 g white dry wine
  • 250 g leek
  • 150 g broccoli, green, raw
  • 150 g asparagus, raw
  • 5 g parsley leaves

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 70 g of olive oil, 30 g of Cookover broth paste and 5 cloves of garlic, peeled and cut in half into a bowl and fry for 2 min at a temperature of 130 degrees and speed 2.
