Ingredients:

  • 570 g wheat flour
  • 220 g water
  • 40 g extra virgin oil
  • 15 g salt
  • 200 g Potato, boiled
  • 25 g Yeast baker's, compressed
  • 70 g milk, 2% fat

Method of cooking:

  1. Add to the bowl 70 g of flour, 70 g of water and 5 g of yeast. Heat for 1 minute at a temperature of 40 degrees and speed 3. Leave in a closed container for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
