Ingredients:
- 570 g wheat flour
- 220 g water
- 40 g extra virgin oil
- 15 g salt
- 200 g Potato, boiled
- 25 g Yeast baker's, compressed
- 70 g milk, 2% fat
Method of cooking:
- Add to the bowl 70 g of flour, 70 g of water and 5 g of yeast. Heat for 1 minute at a temperature of 40 degrees and speed 3. Leave in a closed container for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
