Ingredients:
- 1200 g water
- 1 g allspice
- 90 g broth paste - CVR
- 1 g bay leaf
- 3 g marjoram
- 350 g sweet pepper
- 100 g red onion
- 1 g freshly ground pepper
- 3 g granulated garlic
- 5 g chili peppers
- 700 g turkey leg
- 1 g herb spices
- 4 g smoked paprika
- 40 g sweet paprika
- 1 g ground cumin
- 200 g Onion, raw
- 7 g sugar
- 90 g Lard
- 6 g salt
- 20 g Oil, rapeseed
- 400 g canned tomatoes (sliced)
Method of cooking:
- Cut 700 g of turkey leg into 2 cm cubes. Transfer to a bowl, add 1 level teaspoon of granulated garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon of ground pepper, 2 tablespoons of oil. Mix and leave to marinate.
