Ingredients:
- 900 g water
- 1 g allspice
- 100 g broth paste - CVR
- 1 g bay leaf
- 200 g cream 30 %
- 2 g fresh rosemary
- 100 g grana padano cheese
- 200 g garlic
- 20 g Chives
- 120 g butter
- 50 g white dry wine
- 80 g Plain wheat rolls
- 220 g leek
- 10 g Oil, rapeseed
- 500 g Potato, long stored
Method of cooking:
- Cut the ends off the heads of garlic to reveal the cloves and add it to the bowl. Then add 120 g of butter, 100 g of water, 2 bay leaves and 2 allspice. Cook without a measuring cup for 8 minutes at a temperature of 120 degrees. Add 1/2 sprig of rosemary. Spread the garlic evenly over the bottom of the bowl. Cook for 15 minutes at 105°C.
