Ingredients:

  • 900 g water
  • 1 g allspice
  • 100 g broth paste - CVR
  • 1 g bay leaf
  • 200 g cream 30 %
  • 2 g fresh rosemary
  • 100 g grana padano cheese
  • 200 g garlic
  • 20 g Chives
  • 120 g butter
  • 50 g white dry wine
  • 80 g Plain wheat rolls
  • 220 g leek
  • 10 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 500 g Potato, long stored

Method of cooking:

  1. Cut the ends off the heads of garlic to reveal the cloves and add it to the bowl. Then add 120 g of butter, 100 g of water, 2 bay leaves and 2 allspice. Cook without a measuring cup for 8 minutes at a temperature of 120 degrees. Add 1/2 sprig of rosemary. Spread the garlic evenly over the bottom of the bowl. Cook for 15 minutes at 105°C.
