Ingredients:

  • 1350 g water
  • 100 g cream 30 %
  • 300 g bulgur
  • 25 g fresh basil
  • 45 g dried tomatoes
  • 800 g turkey breast
  • 60 g pickled dried tomatoes
  • 15 g salt
  • 5 g garlic
  • 60 g Lemon
  • 6 g salt
  • 50 g milk, 2% fat
  • 50 g spinach
  • 30 g parsley leaves

Method of cooking:

  1. Cut 4 slices of 120 grams each from the meat. Remove the membranes from the remaining approximately 300 grams and cut the meat into smaller pieces. Spread evenly on a large plate and place in the freezer.
