Ingredients:

  • 25 g lemon juice
  • 80 g extra virgin oil
  • 10 g chili peppers
  • 100 g grana padano cheese
  • 60 g dried tomatoes
  • 80 g pickled dried tomatoes
  • 200 g arugula
  • 8 g garlic
  • 100 g Sunflower seeds, dried

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 100 g of Grana Padano cheese cut into smaller pieces. Grind for 30 s at speed 20. Transfer into the container. Add 2 peeled cloves of garlic, 1 seedless chili pepper (optional) and 60 g of dried tomatoes. Chop for 10 s at speed 12.
