Ingredients:
- 25 g lemon juice
- 80 g extra virgin oil
- 10 g chili peppers
- 100 g grana padano cheese
- 60 g dried tomatoes
- 80 g pickled dried tomatoes
- 200 g arugula
- 8 g garlic
- 100 g Sunflower seeds, dried
Method of cooking:
- Add 100 g of Grana Padano cheese cut into smaller pieces. Grind for 30 s at speed 20. Transfer into the container. Add 2 peeled cloves of garlic, 1 seedless chili pepper (optional) and 60 g of dried tomatoes. Chop for 10 s at speed 12.
