Ingredients:

  • 1300 g water
  • 20 g Dijon mustard
  • 60 g dried tomatoes
  • 200 g lentils
  • 500 g green beans
  • 8 g salt
  • 12 g garlic
  • 2 g salt
  • 50 g lemon juice
  • 300 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 80 g Cheese, Parmezan
  • 120 g Oil, olive
  • 15 g honey
  • 20 g parsley leaves
  • 40 g Sunflower seeds, dried

Method of cooking:

  1. Place the basket, add 200 g of lentils, 1300 g of water and 1 heaped spoon of salt. Place the first floor of the steam pot with 5 eggs. Cook for 14 min at 105 degrees.
