Roasted pepper cream soup

Ingredients:
- 680 g water
- 150 g cream 30 %
- 14 g sweet paprika
- 10 g chili peppers
- 150 g canned tomato puree
- 1 g smoked paprika
- 70 g mediterranean essence CVR
- 150 g Onion, raw
- 5 g garlic
- 135 g Carrot
- 1000 g Pepper, red
- 50 g Oil, olive
- 210 g Potato, long stored
- 60 g parsley root
Method of cooking:
- Add 1 peeled garlic clove, 150 g of onion cut into smaller pieces and 1/2 of chili pepper. Chop for 10 seconds at speed 10.
