Ingredients:

  • 680 g water
  • 150 g cream 30 %
  • 14 g sweet paprika
  • 10 g chili peppers
  • 150 g canned tomato puree
  • 1 g smoked paprika
  • 70 g mediterranean essence CVR
  • 150 g Onion, raw
  • 5 g garlic
  • 135 g Carrot
  • 1000 g Pepper, red
  • 50 g Oil, olive
  • 210 g Potato, long stored
  • 60 g parsley root

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 1 peeled garlic clove, 150 g of onion cut into smaller pieces and 1/2 of chili pepper. Chop for 10 seconds at speed 10.
