Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 30 g mayonnaise
  • 15 g Dijon mustard
  • 50 g shallots
  • 3 g salt
  • 12 g lemon juice
  • 360 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 360 g Tuna in oil, canned
  • 10 g parsley leaves

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 500 g of water. Into the bowl add basket with 6 eggs. Cook for 15 min at 140 degrees. After cooking, cool the eggs in cold water, then peel them and cut them in half.
