- 40 g coconut oil
- 1 g Salt
- 70 g water
- 150 g honey
- 100 g dried cranberries
- 300 g oatmeal
- 200 g spelt flakes
- 100 g rye bran
- 100 g nuts
- 20 g gingerbread spice
