  • 40 g coconut oil
  • 1 g Salt
  • 70 g water
  • 150 g honey
  • 100 g dried cranberries
  • 300 g oatmeal
  • 200 g spelt flakes
  • 100 g rye bran
  • 100 g nuts
  • 20 g gingerbread spice
  • 10 g orange peel
  • 100 g Shredded coconut meat, dried

Method of cooking:

  1. Add honey (or sugar), water and coconut (or rapeseed) oil. Cook for 3 min at 140 degrees and speed 4.
