Ingredients:

  • 600 g water
  • 110 g broth paste - CVR
  • 15 g hot chili pepper
  • 100 g extra virgin oil
  • 6 g cumin seed
  • 15 g ginger root
  • 700 g canned tomato puree
  • 15 g smoked paprika
  • 20 g sweet paprika
  • 8 g garam masala
  • 250 g dried chickpeas
  • 250 g Onion, raw
  • 15 g sugar
  • 12 g garlic
  • 600 g aubergine, raw

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 250 g of cleaned and chopped onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 15 g of ginger and 1 chili pepper (optional). Chop for 10 s at speed 12.
