Ingredients:
- 600 g water
- 110 g broth paste - CVR
- 15 g hot chili pepper
- 100 g extra virgin oil
- 6 g cumin seed
- 15 g ginger root
- 700 g canned tomato puree
- 15 g smoked paprika
- 20 g sweet paprika
- 8 g garam masala
- 250 g dried chickpeas
- 250 g Onion, raw
- 15 g sugar
- 12 g garlic
- 600 g aubergine, raw
Method of cooking:
- Add 250 g of cleaned and chopped onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 15 g of ginger and 1 chili pepper (optional). Chop for 10 s at speed 12.
