  • 6 g Salt
  • 240 g Egg
  • 150 g water
  • 150 g milk (2%)
  • 1 g turmeric, ground
  • 30 g salt

  1. Add 4 eggs, 150 g of milk, 150 g of water and dry ingredients to the bowl. Mix for 2 min at speed 10. Use a spatula to pull the contents from the sides to the bottom of the bowl. Mix again for 1 min at speed 14 and pour the contents into the bottom of the bowl.
  2. Transfer the dough to a bowl. Using a spoon, divide the dough into small gnocchi and drop them into salted boiling water. While shaping, regularly dip the spoon in water so that it is constantly wet and the dough does not stick.
  3. After floating the gnocchi, cook them for 1-3 minutes. Cooking time depends on their size.
