Ingredients:
- 40 g coconut oil
- 70 g water
- 300 g oatmeal
- 200 g spelt flakes
- 100 g rye bran
- 100 g nuts
- 1 g salt
- 75 g Raisins, dried
- 150 g honey
- 100 g Shredded coconut meat, dried
Method of cooking:
- Add 150 g of honey (or brown sugar), 70g of water, 40 g of coconut (or rapeseed) oil. Cook for 3 min at 140 degrees at speed 4 reverse rotation. Preheat the oven at 140 degrees with the function of a hot air oven.
