Ingredients:

  • 40 g coconut oil
  • 70 g water
  • 300 g oatmeal
  • 200 g spelt flakes
  • 100 g rye bran
  • 100 g nuts
  • 1 g salt
  • 75 g Raisins, dried
  • 150 g honey
  • 100 g Shredded coconut meat, dried

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 150 g of honey (or brown sugar), 70g of water, 40 g of coconut (or rapeseed) oil. Cook for 3 min at 140 degrees at speed 4 reverse rotation. Preheat the oven at 140 degrees with the function of a hot air oven.
