English cream

The cream tastes great both hot and cold and can be enhanced with, for example, a little aromatic amaretto, rum or another liqueur. It's also a quick way to make a delicious dessert. Just put a handful of berries in a bowl or a deep plate and cover with warm or cold cream. Interestingly, English hot cream goes well with ice cream and sorbets, and the resulting temperature contrast increases the pleasure of eating them.

Ingredients:

  • 3 g vanilla pod
  • 400 g whole milk
  • 90 g sugar
  • 120 g chicken eggs, yolk

Method of cooking:

  1. Add the milk, vanilla seeds and vanilla pod to the bowl. Cook for 5 minutes at 100 degrees and reverse speed 2. After boiling, pour the milk into another container and carefully remove the teat.
