Ingredients:

  • 30 g water
  • 1 g white pepper
  • 15 g Dijon mustard
  • 25 g vinegar
  • 3 g sugar
  • 6 g salt
  • 55 g chicken eggs, yolk
  • 600 g sunflower oil

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a tall container (preferably a jug) on the lid of the bowl without a measuring cup and weigh 600 grams of oil.
