- 30 g water
- 1 g white pepper
- 15 g Dijon mustard
- 25 g vinegar
- 3 g sugar
- 6 g salt
- 55 g chicken eggs, yolk
- 600 g sunflower oil
Method of cooking:
- Place a tall container (preferably a jug) on the lid of the bowl without a measuring cup and weigh 600 grams of oil.
