- 500 g dry curd
- 16 g vanilla sugar
- 100 g milk, 2% fat
Method of cooking:
- Add 500 g of sweet curd and 2 spoons of vanilla sugar. Close the bowl with a lid without a measuring cup. Mill for 5 minutes at speed 7. While milling, gradually pour milk through the hole in the lid.
