Ingredients:
- 500 g wheat flour
- 100 g water
- 100 g French type baguette
- 15 g sugar
- 6 g salt
- 60 g chicken eggs, whole
- 200 g Milk, 2.0% fat
- 20 g Yeast baker's, compressed
Method of cooking:
- Add 200 g of milk, 100 g of water, 100 g of baguette cut into smaller pieces, 20 g of yeast and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Mix for 1 min at speed 10 at 40°C.
