Ingredients:

  • 500 g wheat flour
  • 100 g water
  • 100 g French type baguette
  • 15 g sugar
  • 6 g salt
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 200 g Milk, 2.0% fat
  • 20 g Yeast baker's, compressed

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 200 g of milk, 100 g of water, 100 g of baguette cut into smaller pieces, 20 g of yeast and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Mix for 1 min at speed 10 at 40°C.
