- 1 g white pepper

- 1 g allspice
- 100 g broth paste - CVR
- 1 g bay leaf
- 400 g cream 30 %
- 1 g dried thyme
- 40 g brandy
- 300 g Onion, raw
- 8 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 100 g butter
- 60 g chicken eggs, whole
- 100 g Plain wheat rolls
- 60 g chicken eggs, yolk
- 250 g milk, 2% fat
- 800 g chichen thighs
Method of cooking:
