- 6 g herbes de Provence
- 20 g garlic
- 12 g salt
- 150 g butter
- 25 g Yeast baker's, compressed
- 160 g milk, 2% fat
- 30 g Oil, olive
- 25 g parsley leaves
- 500 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
