  • 100 g water
  • 6 g herbes de Provence
  • 20 g garlic
  • 12 g salt
  • 150 g butter
  • 25 g Yeast baker's, compressed
  • 160 g milk, 2% fat
  • 30 g Oil, olive
  • 25 g parsley leaves
  • 500 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 100 g of water, 160 g of milk, 25 g of yeast and 30 g of oil into the bowl. Mix for 2 min at 40 degrees at speed 3.
