Ingredients:

  • 750 g sweet pepper
  • 2 g freshly ground pepper
  • 30 g extra virgin oil
  • 15 g fresh basil
  • 300 g feta cheese
  • 4 g garlic

Method of cooking:

  1. Bake the peppers for 25 minutes in an oven heated to 225 degrees, grill function with hot air circulation. Remove from the oven and wrap in cling film or aluminum foil. Leave to cool. Remove the skin and seeds from the peppers. Cut the pulp into 1 x 1 cm cubes. Transfer to another container without juice.
