- 15 g sugar
- 500 g Carrot
- 350 g Apple
- 6 g salt
- 25 g lemon juice
- 50 g sunflower oil
Method of cooking:
- Add 250 g of carrots cut into smaller pieces. Chop for 20 seconds at speed 12. Transfer to another bowl. Add another 250 g of carrots, also cut into smaller pieces. Chop for 20 s at speed 12. Transfer to the bowl with the chopped carrots.
