Ingredients:
- 40 g red onion
- 120 g mayonnaise
- 1 g freshly ground pepper
- 15 g sugar
- 130 g Carrot
- 3 g salt
- 25 g lemon juice
- 450 g Cabbage, white
- 10 g Dill
Method of cooking:
- Add 450 grams of white cabbage, trimmed of outer leaves and core, cut into 3 cm pieces, 130 grams of peeled carrots, cut into 3 cm pieces, 40 grams of red onion, chopped into smaller pieces, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper, and juice from half a lemon into the bowl.
