Ingredients:

  • 40 g red onion
  • 120 g mayonnaise
  • 1 g freshly ground pepper
  • 15 g sugar
  • 130 g Carrot
  • 3 g salt
  • 25 g lemon juice
  • 450 g Cabbage, white
  • 10 g Dill

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 450 grams of white cabbage, trimmed of outer leaves and core, cut into 3 cm pieces, 130 grams of peeled carrots, cut into 3 cm pieces, 40 grams of red onion, chopped into smaller pieces, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper, and juice from half a lemon into the bowl.
