Ingredients:

  • 1 g freshly ground pepper
  • 30 g sugar
  • 250 g Carrot
  • 250 g Apple
  • 6 g salt
  • 25 g lemon juice
  • 400 g Cabbage, white
  • 50 g sunflower oil

Method of cooking:

  1. Remove the outer leaves from the cabbage, wash it and cut out the core. Cut into 3 cm pieces. Pour into a glass, add 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 level teaspoon of salt. Chop for 15 s at speed 8. Transfer to another bowl.
