Ingredients:
- 1 g freshly ground pepper
- 30 g sugar
- 250 g Carrot
- 250 g Apple
- 6 g salt
- 25 g lemon juice
- 400 g Cabbage, white
- 50 g sunflower oil
Method of cooking:
- Remove the outer leaves from the cabbage, wash it and cut out the core. Cut into 3 cm pieces. Pour into a glass, add 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 level teaspoon of salt. Chop for 15 s at speed 8. Transfer to another bowl.
