  • 1 g dried tarragon
  • 105 g capers
  • 80 g garlic
  • 400 g Carrot
  • 200 g salt
  • 200 g white dry wine
  • 400 g leek
  • 400 g Celery
  • 30 g parsley leaves

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 30 g of parsley leaves and 50 g of basal. Chop for 7 s at speed 20. Transfer the contents to a container.
