Seasoned breadcrumbs
Seasoned breadcrumbs, also known as spice breadcrumbs, is a popular ingredient in Slovak cuisine. It is a mixture of spices, herbs and other ingredients that give dishes an intense taste and aroma. It is usually used to coat meat (e.g. pork chops, chops), fish, vegetables or cheese before frying or baking.

Ingredients:
- 1 g freshly ground pepper
- 2 g fresh rosemary
- 200 g French type baguette
- 8 g garlic
- 3 g salt
- 10 g parsley leaves
Method of cooking:
- Add 2 cloves of peeled garlic, 10 g of parsley leaves, 2 g of fresh rosemary (1 tablespoon). Mix for 5 s at speed 20.
