  • 200 g butter
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 300 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 300 g of flour, 200 g of cold butter cut into small pieces, 100 g of sugar. Mix for 30 s at speed 12.
