Ingredients:

  • 30 g broth paste - CVR
  • 1 g freshly ground pepper
  • 200 g cream 30 %
  • 200 g smoked ham
  • 600 g macaroni spaghetti
  • 200 g Onion, raw
  • 10 g garlic
  • 15 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 300 g milk, 2% fat
  • 60 g Oil, rapeseed

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 200 g of onion cut into a smaller pieces and 2 peeled cloves of garlic. Mix for 10 s at speed 10. Add 60 g of oil and 30 g of broth paste or 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Fry with a lid without a measuring cup 8 min at 105 degrees and speed 4 reverse rotation.
