Ingredients:
- 850 g water
- 1 g white pepper
- 1 g nutmeg
- 60 g extra virgin oil
- 200 g cream 30 %
- 5 g chili peppers
- 2 g smoked paprika
- 100 g orange juice
- 250 g lentils
- 120 g mediterranean essence CVR
- 300 g Onion, raw
- 16 g garlic
- 500 g pumpkin, raw
Method of cooking:
- Add 300 g onion cut into smaller pieces, 4 peeled garlic cloves, 1/2 chili pepper (optional). Chop for 10 s at speed 10. Scrape the bowl's sides with a spatula. Add 60 g of olive oil. Fry without measuring cup for 6 min at a temperature of 110° C and speed 4.
