Ingredients:

  • 850 g water
  • 1 g white pepper
  • 1 g nutmeg
  • 60 g extra virgin oil
  • 200 g cream 30 %
  • 5 g chili peppers
  • 2 g smoked paprika
  • 100 g orange juice
  • 250 g lentils
  • 120 g mediterranean essence CVR
  • 300 g Onion, raw
  • 16 g garlic
  • 500 g pumpkin, raw

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 300 g onion cut into smaller pieces, 4 peeled garlic cloves, 1/2 chili pepper (optional). Chop for 10 s at speed 10. Scrape the bowl's sides with a spatula. Add 60 g of olive oil. Fry without measuring cup for 6 min at a temperature of 110° C and speed 4.
