Chocolate mousse
An iconic dessert for chocolate lovers. The pure taste of chocolate in the form of foam as light as a cloud. Much lighter than versions prepared with whipped cream.

Ingredients:
- 90 g sugar
- 1 g salt
- 150 g butter
- 360 g chicken eggs, whole
- 300 g Chocolate, bitter
Method of cooking:
- Open the bowl. Insert the whisk. Add 6 egg whites, 1/5 teaspoon of salt. Whip for 6 minutes at speed 6. After 2 minutes gradually add 6 tablespoons of sugar and whip until stiff.
