Ingredients:

  • 90 g sugar
  • 1 g salt
  • 150 g butter
  • 360 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 300 g Chocolate, bitter

Method of cooking:

  1. Open the bowl. Insert the whisk. Add 6 egg whites, 1/5 teaspoon of salt. Whip for 6 minutes at speed 6. After 2 minutes gradually add 6 tablespoons of sugar and whip until stiff.
