Ingredients:

  • 7 g curry powder
  • 12 g cumin seed
  • 10 g garam masala
  • 2 g sodium bicarbonate
  • 500 g dried chickpeas
  • 200 g Onion, raw
  • 25 g garlic
  • 24 g salt
  • 500 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 50 g parsley leaves

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the bowl, weigh 500 g of dry chickpeas. Pour cold water into the bowl with the chickpeas (about 7 centimeters above the level of the chickpeas). Leave to soak overnight.
