One of the classic soups of Polish cuisine based on vegetables with the addition of barley groats. Soup is dense and very nutritious.

Ingredients:
- 1500 g water
- 1 g allspice
- 90 g broth paste - CVR
- 1 g bay leaf
- 1 g freshly ground pepper
- 80 g Onion, raw
- 120 g Carrot
- 30 g butter
- 100 g Barley groats
- 30 g Oil, olive
- 25 g Dill
- 250 g Potato, long stored
- 25 g parsley leaves
- 400 g Turkey, thigh, with skin, without bone
Method of cooking:
- Add 25 g of parsley cut into 3 cm pieces, 25 grams of dill cut into 3 cm pieces. Chop for 5 seconds at speed 20. Transfer the contents of the bowl to another bowl.
