Ingredients:
- 400 g cream 30 %
- 30 g vanilla sugar
- 130 g sugar
- 60 g chicken eggs, whole
- 550 g wheat flour, type 550
- 140 g chicken eggs, yolk
- 600 g Milk, 2.0% fat
- 50 g Yeast baker's, compressed
- 200 g sunflower oil
- 20 g potato starch
Method of cooking:
- Open the bowl. Add 50 g of yeast, 100 g of sugar, 200 g of milk. Close the bowl with a lid without a measuring cup.
