Ingredients:

  • 400 g cream 30 %
  • 30 g vanilla sugar
  • 130 g sugar
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 550 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 140 g chicken eggs, yolk
  • 600 g Milk, 2.0% fat
  • 50 g Yeast baker's, compressed
  • 200 g sunflower oil
  • 20 g potato starch

Method of cooking:

  1. Open the bowl. Add 50 g of yeast, 100 g of sugar, 200 g of milk. Close the bowl with a lid without a measuring cup.
