Buttery, sourdough buns. Ideal as a dessert, goes well with afternoon tea or can be served as lazy weekend breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • 600 g wheat flour
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 16 g vanilla sugar
  • 105 g sugar
  • 1 g salt
  • 200 g butter
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 40 g chicken eggs, yolk
  • 40 g Yeast baker's, compressed
  • 250 g milk, 2% fat
  • 80 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 450 g Plum jam “Powidła śliwkowe”

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 40 g of yeast, 105 g of sugar, 16 g of vanilla sugar, 250 g of milk, 600 g of flour (type 405 or 450), 50 g of oil, 150 g of butter, 1 egg, 2 egg yolks and a 1 pinch of salt. Knead for 1 minute at speed 8 reverse rotation.
