Ingredients:
- 1500 g water
- 2 g ground black pepper
- 1 g allspice
- 90 g broth paste - CVR
- 3 g marjoram
- 1 g bay leaves
- 450 g frankfurt sausages
- 130 g Onion, raw
- 10 g garlic
- 100 g Carrot
- 100 g Celery
- 200 g Potato, long stored
- 70 g sunflower oil
- 25 g parsley leaves
- 100 g parsley root
Method of cooking:
- Open the bowl. Add 25 g of chopped parsley. Close the bowl with a lid with a measuring cup. Chop for 5 seconds at speed 20.
