Ingredients:
- 420 g wheat flour
- 250 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 20 g fresh basil
- 250 g mozzarella chips
- 100 g Onion, raw
- 10 g sugar
- 10 g garlic
- 12 g salt
- 15 g Yeast baker's, compressed
- 90 g Oil, olive
- 100 g Beef, ham cooked
- 400 g canned tomatoes (sliced)
Method of cooking:
- Open the bowl. Add 250 g of water, 15 g of crushed yeast, 30 g of olive oil and 420 g of flour. Close the bowl with a lid with a measuring cup. Mix for 8 minutes at speed 4 reverse rotation.
