Ingredients:

  • 420 g wheat flour
  • 250 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 20 g fresh basil
  • 250 g mozzarella chips
  • 100 g Onion, raw
  • 10 g sugar
  • 10 g garlic
  • 12 g salt
  • 15 g Yeast baker's, compressed
  • 90 g Oil, olive
  • 100 g Beef, ham cooked
  • 400 g canned tomatoes (sliced)

Method of cooking:

  1. Open the bowl. Add 250 g of water, 15 g of crushed yeast, 30 g of olive oil and 420 g of flour. Close the bowl with a lid with a measuring cup. Mix for 8 minutes at speed 4 reverse rotation.
