Ingredients:

  • 500 g water
  • 1 g white pepper
  • 1 g nutmeg
  • 70 g broth paste - CVR
  • 1 g bay leaf
  • 70 g grana padano cheese
  • 150 g Onion, raw
  • 12 g garlic
  • 1 g salt
  • 70 g butter
  • 100 g white dry wine
  • 500 g Milk, 2.0% fat
  • 170 g leek
  • 400 g Potato, long stored

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 150 grams of peeled onion cut into smaller pieces, 170 grams of thoroughly washed leek (white part) cut into smaller pieces, and 3 peeled garlic cloves to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
