Ingredients:
- 500 g water
- 1 g white pepper
- 1 g nutmeg
- 70 g broth paste - CVR
- 1 g bay leaf
- 70 g grana padano cheese
- 150 g Onion, raw
- 12 g garlic
- 1 g salt
- 70 g butter
- 100 g white dry wine
- 500 g Milk, 2.0% fat
- 170 g leek
- 400 g Potato, long stored
Method of cooking:
- Add 150 grams of peeled onion cut into smaller pieces, 170 grams of thoroughly washed leek (white part) cut into smaller pieces, and 3 peeled garlic cloves to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
